Prepping Karter for a future in racing.

Wayne Brevik lives in Fairchild, Wisconsin. He has three children, Rory, Brady, and Kortni, and one grandson, Karter Eckes.  He has been fortunate to incorporate his passion for racing and basketball into his day to day life.

Wayne’s passion for racing started early in life as he grew up in a racing family. His father, John Brevik, raced the #7-11 against local racing legends like Tom Reffner, Lyle Nabbefeldt, and Dick Trickle.

Wayne is currently the General Manager/Promoter of the Marshfield Motor Speedway, and a WIAA basketball official. He has had the honor of officiating the WIAA State Tournament 10 times, working 3 championship games.  Also, Wayne retired from NCAA basketball officiating in 2017. During his NCAA tenure, he had worked numerous college conference championship games, and the NCAA tournament 8 times.  He is a former “College Student of the Year” and “Citizen of the Year” awards winner.
